Hot Tub Policy
It is part of our terms and conditions that you read and follow the guidance/rules which are for your safety and well-being. Non-adherence can lead to guests being asked not to use the facility.
Hot tubs are a great place for relaxation, but as this is a water-based activity, safety in and around the hot tub is paramount to minimise the risk of injury or drowning.
- Guests with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, other cardiovascular conditions, or who are pregnant should consult their physician before using a hot tub. Guests with open sores or any type of infection should not use the hot tub, as hot water is an ideal environment for spreading infection. To reduce the risk of contaminating hot tub water and minimize health risks, please shower with soap and water prior to using the hot tub.
- The hot tub is available for use from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
- No jumping or diving into the hot tub or climbing on the jets.
- No glass is permitted in the hot tub room. You can drink, but only in plastic or disposable cups.
- Report any drop in water level below the jets to the owners.
- Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
- Always take care when entering and exiting the hot tub, as it could be slippery.
- The recommended maximum time you should stay in the hot tub is 15 minutes.
- No smoking or food is allowed in the hot tub room.
- At the end of your hot tub session, replace the lid to retain the temperature for the next use.
- Allow daily access to the hot tub for maintenance, cleaning, and water testing.
- The hot tub should accommodate up to 6 guests. If the water starts to overflow, you have reached your optimum capacity.
- Hot tubs are not a suitable environment for children. No children under 10 should use this facility. If this is not adhered to, it is at your own risk.
- Any damages will need to be repaid, and any accidents (e.g. sickness, toilet issues) will incur a minimum cleaning charge of £100.00.
- Owners cannot be responsible for operational problems with the hot tub that are beyond their control.
